Welcome to the Auberge de Montsalier restaurant! All year round, come and treat your taste buds in this establishment where you will be welcomed like long-time friends, come to enjoy a friendly and gourmet moment. You will be welcomed by Hans & Marie-Caroline, who will welcome you as they would be welcomed by friends, on the beautiful terrace or in the dining room, decorated with wood and modern furniture.
Hans takes over the kitchen and prepares succulent dishes, typical of bistro cuisine. Everything is homemade and the fine local products are showcased. The restaurant's menu evolves and changes, depending on the seasons and the chef's inspiration!
- The restaurant is open all week for lunch and dinner from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- We are closed all day on Wednesdays and Sundays.
