Welcome to the Auberge de Montsalier restaurant! All year round, come and delight your taste buds in this establishment where you will be welcomed like long-time friends, coming to enjoy a friendly and gourmet moment. You are received by Hans, who welcomes you as he would like to be welcomed by friends, on the beautiful terrace or in the restaurant room, decorated with wood and modern furniture and green chairs.

Hans gets behind the stove and prepares succulent dishes, typical of bistro cuisine. Everything is homemade and the beautiful local products are highlighted. The restaurant's menu evolves and changes, depending on the seasons and the chef's inspirations! 

  • The restaurant is open all week for lunch and dinner from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • We are closed all day Wednesday and Sunday.
